Riviera Terry Polo - Mallard Blue
Description
We love to dig into the provenance of things. One of our favorites is the toweling fabric. Sometimes referred to as 'french terry," its origins date back to the 19th century. A weaving technique that pulled loops of yarn from its base, this genius creation soon came to the masses in the form of towels. Fast forward to the 1960's , and it was all the rage in the French Riviera. "La Chemise Du Plage" soon became the summer uniform for all those scoundrels and bon vivants. So don your best Alain Delon while exuding that French insouciance.
