We ship from the Atlanta, GA area to all 50 states, Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico, as well as internationally.   Free shipping on domestic orders over $150.00 after applied discounts. There is a handling fee of $7.95 per return being refunded to original payment method for orders flowing through our Return Center. Handling fees are waived for exchanges and refunds to store credit. 

Orders may travel domestically via USPS, FedEx or UPS and internationally via DHL.

Our Free Shipping is valid on all orders shipped in the U.S. and applies to Standard Ground orders only. Shipping thresholds apply to merchandise only. Taxes and additional shipping and handling (if applicable) and the purchase of gift certificates and gift cards do not count toward the qualifying amount. The total order amount after any discount is applied must be more than the threshold to qualify. Not valid for cash. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments. 

We reserve the right to refuse any orders as well as limit or cancel quantities purchased. We also reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed for commercial use.

 

SHIPPING COST

Our 3-10 day standard shipping option for orders meeting the $150 free shipping threshold, after any discounts are applied, is free.  All other shipping costs are not refundable.  There will be a $7.95 deduction from returns that flow through our Return Center.

 

LOST PACKAGES 

GRAYERS does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to GRAYERS.  Customers must report any issues within 14 days of the expected delivery date. This policy is in place to ensure that we can quickly and efficiently address any issues and provide the best possible customer service.

 

OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Return Window. Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of fulfillment. 
  • Holiday Return Window. Returns or exchanges for orders placed after November 1st and before December 1st can be initiated by December 31st.
  • All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, have the tags attached, and be returned in sellable condition.
  • All returned items are subject to inspection.
  • No returns or refunds are accepted on items marked as final sale.
  • No returns or refunds are accepted for purchases made for commercial use.
  • There is a handling fee of $7.95 per return created (not per item) being refunded to original payment method for orders flowing through our Return Center.

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from either our Return Center or GRAYERS Customer Service (customerservice@grayers.com) and, if the customer is arranging the shipping, tracking details must be provided from a common carrier before they will be accepted. 

 

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

Returns and exchanges are easy.  If you are not completely satisfied with your order or would like to exchange any item(s) for another size, please visit https://returns.grayers.com  to begin the process. You can select the items you would like to return or exchange and generate a shipping label online for domestic orders and select international countries (check for availability). If, however, you are unable to return the items online or need return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please reach out to GRAYERS Customer Service at customerservice@grayers.com or call 844.GRAYERS (844.472.9377) so that we can assist.  Returns will be refunded to the original payment method, which could be a credit card, and/or a gift card, and/or an alternative payment method, depending on what was chosen at checkout.

 

LATE RETURNS

Returns can be initiated within 30 days of the date the order was fulfilled OR by December 31st if purchased within the Holiday Extended Return Window of November 1st  through Dec 1st.  Returns outside this time frame may be accepted at the discretion of GRAYERS and may only be refunded as store credit.

 

INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  • First, visit  https://returns.grayers.com
  • Provide the order number and email address used to make your purchase.
  • Select the eligible unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with their tags still attached that you would like to return as well as note the reason for the return.  All items must be returned in sellable condition.
  • If you would like to make an exchange, you will have the option to choose whether your replacement order will ship right away or after the original order has been returned. 
    • 1)  If you prefer to have your replacement order shipped right away, we recommend choosing "Instant Exchange” where we take a $1 pre-authorization to have your replacement order created immediately.  If your return has been delivered to us within 14 days, the pre-authorization will fall away and you won't be charged. 
    • 2) Or, if you prefer to make an exchange without a pre-authorization, we recommend choosing “Send my exchange after I return”.  In this case, the replacement order will be created once your return has been delivered and processed.  If the item is out of stock and not available for replacement, you will be refunded to your original payment method, which could be a credit card, and/or a gift card, and/or an alternative payment method, depending on what was chosen at checkout.
  • Any damaged or defective items will ship separately to a different location, thus our Return Center will require a separate return for such items.  Please do not consolidate with other return items.
  • Print the shipping label and packing slip, then securely affix the shipping label to the package being sure that no other (previous) shipping labels are exposed and include the packing slip with the item(s) being returned.  
  • Please check the shipping label to confirm the carrier before tendering your return.

Once your package has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment, which could be a credit card, and/or a gift card, and/or an alternative payment method, depending on what was chosen at checkout,  or to store credit (if chosen when the return is initiated) within seven business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that banking institutions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us, it can typically take 2-3 additional business days to post to your account.
